Platform Access and Game Selection
We operate for Canadian players under two different regulatory setups. Our international platform went live in 2020, and in November 2022 we added a dedicated Ontario service licensed by AGCO and iGaming Ontario. Canadian users reach us through spinaway.ca, while spinaway.com serves international traffic. Your location and geolocation tools decide which version you actually see.
The game catalogue contains over 3,900 titles, including 1,424 slots, 19 blackjack variants, 23 roulette games, 6 baccarat titles, and around 35 live dealer games. Players physically in Ontario only see games approved by iGaming Ontario, while users in other Canadian provinces connect to a separate licensed portfolio. Core suppliers include Pragmatic Play, Games Global, Play’n GO, Playson, and Evolution. Inside the lobby, games are grouped into slots, table games, jackpots, and live dealer, with category filters to move between them.
Most titles support demo play without any deposit. You just open a game and switch to demo mode to check mechanics, volatility, or bonus rounds without risking funds. Any demo winnings stay virtual, they cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash. Where a provider shares it, the RTP for each game appears on the individual game info screen, and the numbers can vary from title to title.
Mobile access is handled directly through the browser on Android, iOS, and tablets. There is no need to download an app. The layout adjusts itself to your screen, and you can still deposit, withdraw, and open games in the same way as on desktop. At the moment we do not list an official Spin Away Casino app in app stores.

Account Setup and Verification
To create an account with us you complete a standard registration form. We request your email, a password, full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and phone number. For Canadian players, the account currency is set to CAD by default and cannot be switched afterwards. Before you submit the form, you confirm that you meet local age rules and accept our terms.
Identity checks start after your first deposit or when you ask for a withdrawal that triggers our verification thresholds. At that point we ask for a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a passport or driver’s license, plus a proof of address not older than 90 days, and a document that confirms your payment method. You upload these files in the account settings, in the verification section.
Our team usually reviews documents within 24 hours, but in some cases it may take a few days. Blurry photos, mismatched data, or missing pages can slow this down. We send emails at key stages: when we receive your files, when everything is approved, or if we need additional documentation.
Players registered under the Ontario license are checked against extra iGaming Ontario procedures. This includes geolocation verification and cross-checking against provincial self-exclusion lists. These controls run automatically at signup and can repeat in the background while you are logged in.
Deposits and Payment Setup
The minimum deposit for most payment methods is 15 CAD. We do not set an upper cap on deposits from our side, though individual payment providers may apply their own limit depending on your account history and verification status.
Supported payment types include Interac, Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, MuchBetter, bank transfer, and crypto, though the exact mix changes by province. In Ontario, PayPal is the only available e-wallet because of local rules. In other Canadian regions, different e-wallet brands are used instead. We do not charge deposit processing fees, although banks or payment services may add their own costs.
Card transactions and most e-wallet deposits are processed instantly, so funds appear in your balance within seconds. Withdrawals and Payout Processing
Before you request your first payout, your account needs to be fully verified. Withdrawals are initiated from the withdrawal section in your profile, and whenever possible we send funds back through the same payment method that you used for deposits. Our standard policy applies a 4,000 CAD daily withdrawal limit and a 50,000 CAD monthly ceiling.
Once a withdrawal is approved, we usually process it within 24 hours to 2 business days. E-wallet payouts tend to reach you sooner, while bank transfers may need about 3 to 5 days to show up on your external account. Until a withdrawal leaves the pending state, you can cancel it yourself in the transaction history area.
We do not charge any withdrawal fees. The only potential costs come from external providers or banks, especially on cross-border transfers or when your bank converts funds from or into CAD.
If you have an active bonus, you must meet the wagering requirements before we pay out. Our system tracks remaining wagering automatically and shows it in the bonus section of your account. When you try to withdraw with unfinished wagering, active bonuses may be removed in line with the specific promotion rules.

Welcome Package and Wagering
Our welcome package can add up to 1,500 CAD in bonus funds and 100 free spins over several first deposits, with a 35x wagering requirement for slots and 10% contribution for table games. As soon as you make a qualifying deposit with the offer active, the bonus portion is credited as a separate balance. To avoid missing it, you need to opt in via the promotions settings right before you deposit.
Standard wagering is 35x the bonus amount for slot play, while table games contribute only 10 percent of each bet toward that total. So, to clear a 250 CAD bonus entirely on slots, you would need to place 8,750 CAD in eligible wagers. Free spins are more time-sensitive: they expire 72 hours after being issued, and any winnings from those spins are subject to the same 35x wagering rule.
In the bonus area of your account you can always see how far along you are, which games count, and how much is left to play through. When real money and bonus money are combined, bonus rules cover all resulting winnings until you finish the requirements. Some specific games are excluded from wagering contributions; we list those exceptions clearly in the promotion terms.
From time to time we also run no-deposit deals through affiliate partners, for example 20 free spins on a specific slot such as Big Bass Bonanza. These offers require you to register an account but not to fund it. Winnings from no-deposit bonuses usually come with a maximum cashout cap, which is spelled out in the promo conditions.
